Plastic Exterior Window Trim Cosmetic Problems
My 07 320, with 53,000 miles and primarily kept in Florida and Virginia, has increasing flaking/lifting of the black protective plastic coating film on the exterior window trim accent strips, all around the car.
Once it starts, it can be stripped off the plastic, which then reveals a dull matte black color.
It is cosmetic but unsightly. I will report to MB of North America, as this should not occur.
Any one else notice this problem?

Happens on most every model Mercedes. It's covered under original warranty but not on CPO warranty. Bottom line, it's good for 4yrs/50K miles, which was the "promise" you paid for for anything and everything about the car.
