Now have 15K plus on the meter..... not one issue! My previous GL450 (an 07 ) only a few minor issues in over 70K...... A nice rig!

 

Mine has about 8,100 miles. No any issue also. The only thing i did - got rid of Run Flats. I have to admit - you drive a lot. You got your car later than me ( I got mine in April 2011) and 15K miles already ?

 

My 2011 is in the shop today due to Airmatic malfunction warning. Other than that, no problems so far.

My loaner is a 2012 C. Very impressed with new navigation and instrument cluster.

 

I have 30000kms on our GL since end of May 2011. So far so good. Really like the updates compared to our old 2008 GL.

 

Yep..... Pennsylvania to Vermont..... back and forth once a month! Own property up there.... Plus the vehicle deals with dirt roads, mud, ice, and usually ( not this winter ) lots of snow!

 

Let us know what they determine on that..... the airmatic IS a wonderful system BUT I have often felt it may be the weakest aspect of the vehicle in terms of vulnerability to failure.

 

Dealer kept it another day and drove it repeatedly including 20 mile stretch but could not duplicate the malfunction warning.

Last weekend, we saw it multiple times. I wonder if it only came on for us since we had more people/weight in the car.

It would reset if we turned off the car but eventually came back on. I wonder if they reset the airmatic. Let's see if it returns.
