NAV on 2012 C

I was very impressed with the new Nav unit on the 2012 C class loaner. It was much nicer than the one in our 2011 GL. I actually found the Nav useful! Some highlights:

1) Tells you upcoming intersection street. And upcoming freeway exits complete with POI. Very helpful
2) In some streets and freeway, shows lane by lane direction. Very nice if not sure which lane left or right.
3) Resolution is much higher and bigger
4) Faster
5) Seems to go to full screen mode automatically. I really which our unit had this.
6) The bluetooth integration is much nicer. Automatic contact download. Mute button on steering wheel which is great for conf calls.

Also, the new keyless go system with flush lock buttons was very nice. Faster response.

I'm assuming the new unit will make it to the 2013 GL.

How was the new 2012C unit on instructions for freeway exits? My 2008 COMAND can't be trusted because it consistently tells me to exit just AFTER I have passed the exit (It does tell me an exit is coming up, but if there are multiple exits there is uncertainty about which one I am supposed to use).

I did not try putting in a destination but even if you don't, the NAV will let you know upcoming junctions and exits with an overlay to the right.

Honestly, I think the BMW units are even better..
