Media Interface Plus issue, help...

any input appreciated, also does anyone know if I get a 2011 or newer factory Navi unit can it be programmed to work in my 2009 or are the wiring for each different? (Dealer says its coded for a spec. VIN and will never work in my car).
I was thinking that the newer Navi unit has Bluetooth audio and I can sell the MIP, anyone know for sure that the newer Navi units play Bluetooth audio?

Thanks for that update. I thought 2010 and up had Bluetooth audio with the service menu turn on.
Ok, I just ordered the new auris Bluetooth 4.0 to 30 pin dock adapter to try with and without the MIP(turning off MIP Bluetooth) to see if that works and doesn't mess up phone calls.
It sucks because the MiP works well OTHER than when a call comes in the MIP screws up phone calls.

I have 2011 GL350 with media interface plus and it streams Bluetooth audio. Little surprised that u need that
extra box in the glove compartment but it works for me all day everyday...
