Problem with 09 command center restarting when incoming Bluetooth call
Hi,
Happy Thanksgiving!
I've been a member for a few years and really enjoy all the helpful folks on the site. I have a 09 Gl450 with loaded with command center rear entertainment, and nav to name a few. When I connect either my iPhone 5 or samsung galaxy 3 to Bluetooth and I either make a call or receive a call the unit will make a loud pop noise and reboot. funny enough the call does not get dropped and if I switch to spur or phone on the handset I can continue the call. When the unit restarts it shows connected to the phone via Bluetooth however none of the buttons on the command center work and when I end the call the unit still doesn't work.
I'm usually forced to turn it of manually and back on to get it to work.
Has anyone experienced anything similar to this?

This is a weird complaint but this sounds like a software issue. I could not tell you how many updates I have done on these to fix various complaints. I would start with new software

I've had my 2011 GL450 for about a month, and I experienced this for the first time today. I was playing music with my iPhone, which is plugged directly into the 30-pin (via adapter) and decided to try the voice command functionality. Popping sound and reboot. It's happened in my wife's 2011 ML350 (also owned it for about a month).
