My GL is out of warranty but I have heard warranty with MB usually applies something like this for ABC/Airmatic suspension. Not sure if the two are different so some of what I've written below may be ABC-specific. I'd suspect they are treated quite similarly though.
Factory MB warranty: covered (includes struts, pump, lines, etc.)
MB "starmark" extended warranty: not covered
Aftermarket warranty: good ones cover everything, some cover only the struts and possibly the pump, others cover nothing at all because it isn't a standard suspension. I have heard of aftermarket warranties covering an entire ABC repair where the oil line blew up... new oil line, pump (which had seized) and a replacement strut because it was required. Very expensive job and was all covered. Others have told me the warranty won't cover a thing.
