Aftermarket diag systems
Hi All
I'm after a recommendation on which aftermarket Mercedes diagnostics system is best for me to get to service my GL X164 and SLK R171.
Obviously both my cars are not latest models so was wondering is there one version that covers both? What systems are available? What can you do and what can't you do with them? (I.e are they just readers or can they make setting changes).
I've done a bit of research but don't want to reinvent the wheel here. So far in 5 years of SLK ownership I've bumbled through any dash message issues but the GL is a bit of a software driven beast to ignore this now.
