I just used an empty glass jar, about 1/2 gallon or so, it does not look nice, but I wanted to give it a try to see how it will work, and the other end of the pipe routed into air intake on passenger side, after 2000 miles it has some oil on the bottom. I will put some pics later.
From oil separator it goes into a jar, from a jar into passenger air intake, do not forget to seal the return pipe from oil separator, I just used a PVC plug and clip around it.
I just went cheap at this time, as I have some other projects to put money into.

I need a source for some 1" oil hose with good flexibility. I bought some hose for the job, but is retrospect, I think it is way to rigid to be able to route around and over the engine.

If anyone has any suggestions who can fabricate a DPF delete pipe then I would love to get one. I visited 20 muffler shops and none can help me. There are some fancy flanges on each end of the DPF which no one knows where to get even if they were willing to fabricate a custom pipe. I wanted to buy a used DPF and just gut it but the junk yards can't sell any emission parts so getting a used DPF is out of the question.

You need to go to a custom muffler shop. They will be able to bend and flare pipe as required to fab something up.
Places like the MufflerMan have only limited capability, such as substituting an OEM muffler for an aftermarket one.

There's a place close to me that I've used before - I had them remove the element out of my catalytic convertor for about $150.
It doesn't help you too much, seeing as you're in Chicago, but the best I can advise, is keep searching until you find a place.
