Alignment in what suspension setting, sport, comfort?

Alignment in what suspension setting, sport, comfort?
I have a 10 GL550 and need to get an alignment. The GL can sit at different heights depending on the suspension setting.
With the height varying it will change alignment settings, toe, camber etc.
Sport is the lowest, Comfort is a little higher than that, then you car raise the vehicle above that, so many choices!!
What setting do most of you put the GL in for an alignment?

hmm, i have a 2008 and only have regular or off road
but mercedes told me to raise the truck/off road mode
then without getting inside the truck hit the button to lower it
this is the height at which my truck should be aligned
it should be level and not compensating for anything i guess
