Squeaking going over speed bump at slow speed
My 10 GL 550 has a front suspension squeak when going over speed bumps at a very slow speed (1-2 MPH), it's when I drive over the speed bump and the suspension bounces it will squeak, just on the front. Setting in "comfort" mode.
Are there some lubrication points? I did a search but didn't find anything on front suspension squeak.
Suggestions welcome!

I hear ya! We have a 2010 GL550 that squeaks also. There's a slight bump when turning onto our driveway and we hear it almost all the time. I'll bet it is the sway bar bushings. Here's why, it's done it FOREVER. That includes before/after the sway bar links and before/after two new front strut assemblies. Heck, what's left?
No, we didn't have all those items replaced because of the squeak. However each time a repair was made my wife and I both hoped the squeak would disappear too...but it never has.

I might try the sway bar bushings, they are only $20 and super easy to change.
I was thinking maybe the front control arm bushings, they are replaceable (I hope) and are a ball and socket type of connection (rubber over aluminum), so rubber could squeak there too.
Very hard to diagnose!!

I'm not sure if this will help... and if it does it might be only a short-lived reprise from the squeak, but... Maybe try spraying some white lithium grease (doesn't hurt rubber components) at suspected areas? It might take a few applications to work in, but it's cheap and easy to try.

My 07 320 suffers from the dreaded squeak. I've fairly well narrowed it down to the rear bushing on the lower A-arm of the driver's side. Annoys the crap out of me and the Mrs. I've soaked and I do mean an entire can of WD-40 pro can silicone spray in everything in the driver's side front but it didn't change a bit. Tempted to drill into that large vulcanized rubber bushing and tap it for a zerk.

08 GL450 Front suspension noise over bumps, speed bumps
I changed the sway bar bushings and it seems the noise got louder lol!! Bushings were worn out and I chose not to put grease on new bushings. Sucks when driving over bumps and you hear this noise on a luxury vehicle even if it is older. I will inspect other suspension parts as well.

Note the design of the swaybar bushing is such that the bushing gets torn apart in short order. After installation, remove the clamps holding the bushing to the swaybar.

The issue it sounds like everyone is having is most likely the rear bush on the front lower control arms. I just replaced all of mine. Comfort mode made the squeek worse than sport mode. Speed Humps the biggest problem. The other usual culprit is the front upper control arms and the sway bar bushes as well as the links.
The arm bushes can be changed individually but the rear caster bush is near on impossible to get out of the arm for the lower arms. I had this issue with mine. These are heavy cars and they place a lot of strain on the bushes. The upper arm bushes can easily be removed with a bush removal tool, but you can also buy new arms with the bushes fitted.
I'd suggest you buy both lower and upper arms with bushes installed and save yourself the grief. The ride will tighten up. Mine drives as new after. 90k miles after doing those as well as front sway bar bushes and links. FCP Euro have all the parts. Lemforder are the orginal supplier and you can buy them there. Avoid ebay and chinese parts.
You'll get rid of your squeeks and the ride will improve remarkably. If you're good with the spanners, and have a good jack and stands, you can DIY it, but its still a big job. If you have a hoist, then you're laughing. Upper arms and sway bars are definitely DIY just with jack stands but you'll need e-torx set as well as large metric spanners to get some of these nuts off.
