a change of overdue atf results in smoother shifts.
however, most dealers will also reset tcu adaptations which might result in jerkier up/down shifts. if that is the case drive normally and transmission should smooth out in the next 300-500 miles. if it doesnt manual adaptations can be performed on the problematic shifts.
