Need more light on the road.

I have a 2010 GL550 with the lighting package. The factory Xeonx system does NOT put out light enough for me on the road. I have the small LED strip where some have the factory fog lamps.

I recently swapped my 2010 GL550 factory Xeonx bulbs for real Phillps Xtreme bulbs. They're 100% genuine as they came in a box with numbers you can check through Phillps website.

My question is, has anyone swapped the factory LED strip to LED housing/bulbs to create more light output on the actual road??

OR

Has anyone added additional or discrete looking LED fog lights?

I've searched and searched and was unable to locate an actual topic referecing my situation?

Hi!

Do you mind writing a writeup as to how you swapped the bulbs?
I also have the lighting package and am wanting to switch the bulbs to something brighter except there are no real directions for the bulb swap for the xenons on this forum.

I don't want to be zapped by the bulbs!

Much appreciated. Thanks!

Just wanted to clarify.

No one has ever added aftermarket LED fog lights or have had them installed where the origial housing is?

I added projector lights with HID bulbs. They really work well to illuminate the road and have a good cutoff so you don't blind oncoming motorists.

You added them as fog lights? If so, can you post pictures of the light output and how much better road illumination you get?

I want to add LED fog lights in an LED projector however I want it to look stock. Nothing that sticks out too much. I find it hard to believe no one has done this before.
