Blower running?
2011 GL 450 ..........So this morning i went to go to work and DEAD Battery! Now it was cold and icy so i get it. Put on trickle and take the wife's car to work. Come home on lunch and jump it with a jump pack and it has been good all day since. After work i go out to my GL and when i open the door i feel the dash window blower going. Not the half hour run after you can get, this is hours after. So i read that it could be the blower resistor?

yes. that plate on the top has a full blown computer inside. it gets wet, shorts and runs all the time. easy replacement, but it will do it again as there is a design defect. if you want to fix it forever open the cover and pot with hot glue the elements (except capacitors).
