Need help with Adblue restart warning

Need help with Adblue restart warning
My 2011 GL350 has 3 restart left....

took it to service center (i’m oversea now) for CEL and adblue restart warning and they have flushed adblue tank and refilled and recommended replacing the front NOx sensor as they believed that adblue warning wouldn’t clear due to bad NOx sensor. so i replaced it this morning and CEL cleared but still adblue warning is there.....

is there anything i can do to clear the warning?
