Airmatic pump running constantly

GL450 2009, airmatic pump is running constantly. Car does not go up or down, it is always in high position, even when car is turned off. I check air struts and they are all filled with air and sound like drum when I tap on them. All four air struts were replaced 6 months ago as one of the air strut leaked.

I'd say bad valve block or controller. Try to find someone with a scanner ,it'll take 5 minutes to find out what it is exactly.....try the garage who made you change 4 bags instead of the 1 actually leaking..

Check the relay. Sounds like it is stuck in the "on" position. Recent post about this on one of the other subforums.

Yes, it is most likely the relay. Don’t have right in front me one now, but it is in the relay box under the hood on the pass side. It is green. Do t remember which one. Remove one at a time relays until pump stops and you will know which one is offending.
