Not sure but apparently the GL has a big power distribution problem.
Even though I have a brand new battery, my crank is very slow. It appears that the problem is because of power cables not being able to feed enough power to the starter,
This may be the case with the lights, as well. Xenon bulbs consume a lot of electrical power, so maybe there isn't enough left for DRLs.

I'm no electrician, but I thought the point of LED was to use very little power. Was hoping there was a hack for them, it would help out immensely with the crappy halogen low beams.

I get that, I want them at full brightness with the headlights. My old eyes need all the help they can get. Had an expedition with LED fogs and they helped out quite a bit over the halogens
