Does the x164 have a heads-up display option?

I have now seen the data card for a GL450 and a GL320 with this option.

As far as I know, no.

The x166 in Europe did come with a head up display module that was stuck on top of the dash.

But ive never seen anything in a mb product except for the most recent models. I always thought they were late to the party considering bmw and gm have been doing it for so long.

Yeah, my x164 550 was completely optioned out and it has that function. I actually use it on trips, super easy to read and it doesn't get lost when you use polarized sunglasses.

No it doesn't display on the windshield, but in the middle dash display. Scroll through your menu using the left steering wheel buttons and you should see Navigation.

LOL thanks for this thread. we just bought a 08' GL550 that had that option listed and been pulling my hair out trying to activate it. Our BMW E70 had it and I did like that option. Thanks for the info.
