I'm in a bind and cannot clearly identify the color of grey in my GL450. The VIN has the code as 158A - "Imitation Leather Grey", but the dealer shows it as Alpaca with paint code 7H23.

Any experts on color here and where to get an accurate match from an online source? Year of my GL is 2011.

When a GL has a gray interior there are all kinds of shades of gray. You have the accurate code for MBTex. Other codes are for plastic trims, carpets, etc. There are lots of codes and color names.

SEM has vinyl, plastic and other dye spray paint. Go to Amazon or online and purchase an SEM paint chart about $8-10. This will be the best way to match your color, match the color chart in the sun to your interior before you buy the paint.
