Continental CrossContact LX25 Tires

I’m purchasing another set of tires today for my GL350 due to extreme inside tread wear. I have always purchased the Bridgestone Dueler H/T 400 size 275/50R20 run flat tires but I decided to go with the Continental CrossContact LX25 because of the warranty and reviews. I have AAA so if there is a flat it can be dealt with even without a spare.
Now after reading different posts on this site, it appears tire air pressure is a major reason for premature inside tread wear. What is the best air pressure to run on the front and back tires on my 2012 GL350?
Thanking you! Hopefully these tires will last for a little longer with a vehicle with only 73,000 miles and fourth set including the original set that came with the vehicle.

I have Conti Cross Contact LX Sports on my GLE350. They have 27k miles on them, I will probably get approx 35k or so out of them. I run high inflation pressure, 45-47 psi cold, it gets to about 50psi at operating temperature. Same pressure for all four tires. These values are higher than what M-B lists on the driver's door decal. I was getting excessive shoulder wear, and the tires seemed visually sunken across the tread, when inflation was at M-B specs. Since airing up to 47psi, wear across the face of the tire has evened out. No discernible effect on ride quality, with higher pressure. I have 20" wheels, so the ride is already very harsh, a few psi didn't change anything. I rotate (dealer does it) the tires at every service.

Recommendations: air up to something between M-B's spec and the max pressure printed on the tire sidewall. Rotate tires at every service.

Thanks chassis for the information. I think part of my problem with premature inside tread wear may have been under inflated tires. I’m not sure about inflating all of my tires to 45 PSI but maybe 40PSI in the front and 44 PSI in the rear. My GL350 currently has air pressure set all around by installer at 37PSI.
