Michelin Premier LTX 110V review
After 25k miles, my Continental Contact 4x4 110H tires were done. The great thing about that tire (265/60r18) was the value. They were a good riding and quiet tire for under $800. Continental no longer makes it in the 110h, only the 110v. That change brought the price up to right around the Michelin Premier LTX's, so figured I'd give them a try. It's admittedly hard to compare new tires to my old tires when they are new but I do, however, feel the Michelins are a better cruising tire and will not by the Continentals over the Michelins next time. The Michelins are silent, balance perfectly, and absorb both sharp and chattery bumps very well. It was a very noticeable change when putting them on. I picked them up for right around $1k installed at Sam's club. I hope this helps anyone trying to decide when tire to get.
