I Have been having a hard time with my power steering when at a stop or slow speeds.

I went to the dealer and was told the fluid was low due to the Reservoir Leaking. I replaced that (wish I would have checked O rings first) but the problem same issue persist AND now there is a weird noise when I turn the wheel completely to the left or right!

ive read about a pump or a speed solenoid but how can I identify what it is? Appreciate any help in advance
