Abs,difflock, heater fault
Hello and thanks for adding me👍 i have 2 Gl 420 cdi 2007 mod. one of them is throwing fault on abs ore difflock system malfunction after start,if i restart the fault is most likely gone.it happens almost daily.the fault code is related to the can bus system (communication problem between modules) i have checked the connection in footwell on passenger side and it all look good and clean.it has 135000km on the clock.another side issue is if it is damn hot outside and in the car. The climate controle is totally black and not working at all and outside temperature is shown 85 degrees Celsius.drive fore a few minute's and it suddenly starts and works fine.outside temp show correctly. not sure what you mean with climate control display blacked out....they are just rotary dials
can you post a picture of what you’re seeing?
it does sound like you have an external temperature sensor fault which could account for your ac system acting strange. Garbage in, garbage out.
