My front passenger air shock lowers several inches from time to time after parked and engine stopped. However if I raise the car with the manual raise control this problem does not occur. The air shocks must not have a leak? Is it the air pump control?

Nope they are leaking.

Fortunately, there are many, many threads about this subject if you want to read more in depth discussions. The short story is, as Max said, they are leaking. The bag can fold in different ways depending on height selected and it opens/closes the little hole. Replace them.

First check to make sure the leveling sensor arms are moving freely. You can find it just under the fron joint arm. If the don't move freely clean them and that will save you $2000.
