Air sus comp turns back on after reaching max height

Hey guys, my 2011 GL550 last few months has this strange airmatic issue.

Car sits level for a week no issues, I can leave it at max raised height, also stays there. No leaks.

However if I go to lift it, it will reached raised level. Compressor will shut off, but then will turn back on again within 5 seconds and run until it shuts off due to over temp.
SnapOn solus scanner did not show any air matic faults.

Any ideas?

I don't know the logic of the airmatic controller. Does it go to raised height, shuts off based on system pressure, then looks at heights? Do I need to recalibrate the height sensors?

A guy I just spoke to had the same thing:
Said one height sensor had a dead spot in it.
With buddies snapon canner I can see voltages of each sensor, and can raise/lower each corner individually. Ill play around with it and see what I can find.

Now just one GL450 with EORP.
With that star system you cal also test the compressor and do a rudimentary pressure leak test. Very helpful in determining where to look.

Not yet. Scanner should be in next week. Will see what I can find then. I did a comprehensive leak check with soapy water over the weekend. Nothing to note at each bag and connection, air tanks, valve block, or compressor.

While you wait for this, have you checked that all level sensors are hooked up and move freely?

Yes i did. All linkages look good, no cracks and all moves freely. Clips are tight in the connectors.
