X164 GL550 Airmatic Stuck in raised position

I have a 2009 GL550 that was having intermittent airbag/airmatic issues. Replaced all the airbags front and rear, the valve block (for lack of a better word) that distributes the air pressure as dealer said it also needed to be replaced, and the compressor. Was still getting intermittent lowering of vehicle but all worked for several months. I then get a "Malfunction" warning and the vehicle raised to the service or raised position. It won't go down and if I try to lower it, after a few attempts the "malfunction" warning comes back up. Is there a way to reset this without going to the shop?

Check that all level sensors are connected.

Did you try the suggested reset? What's the status?
