Hi All! I just installed the last nav update for My09 GL450, and where I had zero issues with the backup camera before installation, it’s now not working, and not even showing up in my command unit whatsoever. Anyone have this issue and have a fix? Should I try to re-install the update? The dealer wants $355 just to diagnose, and I’m not paying that.

 

You should have some codes stored/active for the camera or command. Do you have an MB capable scanner? That would be the first step to start the diagnostic process.
