I looked into these a while ago, but not very deeply. I didn't see the cooled/ventilated seats integrated and the unit eats up all the real estate in the centre console. That's a problem for me as I have the off road package and there is no space left for those controls. In terms of integrations with Sirius and OE reverse camera. I thought there were ways to get those to work, but I did not seriously pursue information on either. The big challenge is to get support if/when you run into issues. Some vendors are impossible to get support from. At this price point, that's also a problem for me.

Bottom line, before you buy ask a lot of questions about every option you have and want to keep as well as support post purchase.

I am not sure about the screen size? I have been looking at the Teye CC3 because of the actual specs.. QLED screen (tell me what other radio has QLED display?), 8 cores of processors, 128Gb of storage (most have 16 or up to 64Gb), and 6Gb of RAM (most have 2Gb and dog slow). Add Lane depart warning, 4G support, DVR recording support.. This is on my list for head units.. If you are a Harmon Kardon guy you need a few things extra like an Optical audio converter. to keep oem stuff you will need adapters for antenna (the long cable that goes to Sirius device in 2nd row), OEM microphone, OEM rearview camera. FYI this the deal with most of the aftermarket head units AvinUSA includes most of the adapters. But I think the Teyes is a better unit.

I would also buy the OBD2 Port, and front DVR camera.

what happens to the suspension buttons? i have two sets on buttons one AC and under is the suspension buttons. i also have cooled seats

I have it works ok.... only think you loose cluster audio data and hazard lights when key is off, also have to do some custom wiring to get everything to work ok...

Check this up coming firmware update. I'd personally stay away from the seller on aliexpress, they are unresponsive and unhelpful. The Australian website is pretty good though

I am really interested in this for the WOW factor. But my car has heated and AC seats, and here there is only a button for heated seats. Would i loose AC seats with this?

 

The teyas looks great, but hoenstly without carplay i wont do it. do you know when the new update will come out?

Interesting looking option, though.

Personally, I don't like the shiny plastic surround since it doesn't match the rest of the black on the dash... but a light scuffing and/or some spray paint may take care of that.

so did you lose cooling seats? I have heated and cooling seats only button on new unit only has heated.
