At a high level, the answer is no. They're completely different designs and you couldn't easily swap the vents, speedometer, stereo, etc. You'd have to also swap the center console and stereo section, and likely the glovebox area as well. If you're looking to swap absolutely everything from the windshield to the floor....maybe? You're going to be doing some serious figuring out though about how to wire up the new stereo, airbags and everything else. It's doubtful they have the same wiring and connectors. I have no idea if the mounting points for the dashboard or anything else are close, either.

Now just one GL450 with EORP.
So on a US version GL a 2013 and a 2011 are two different cars (with some similar parts). The former is the x166 and the latter is the x164 and the bodies, interiors are different. Some mechanical components were carried over from the x164 into the x166, but highly doubtful a whole dash will fit.

are you in some other part of the world where the x164 carried over into 2013 model year? If so you’re talking about putting a dash from a neeeer x164 into another and that should work. But why?
