I did buy a set of 4 cheap ones from eBay for $12-$13 shipped. (That's the total for 4 caps -and- shipping)
Figured they would be total crap for that price, but was actually decently surprised!
Take care when installing not to bend them at the edges.
I bought a set from EBay as well and expected the same as above that they’d be junk, but I really didn’t care because they were going on my winter wheels. I was pleasantly surprised, and I’ll see how they hold up through a Michigan winter, but for under $20 shipped, it was a good buy.

There are a couple vendors on ETSY that have nice options and solid quality.
The vendor I ordered from very quickly replaced a miss stamped cap without question and they are holding up well but only at 6 months.
