Bluetooth volume

I am experiencing very low volume while using Bluetooth. I am using the oem Mercedes Bluetooth adapter. Is there a way to adjust the volume? The person I am speaking to I can barely hear and I have the volume on the phone and radio all the way up. I have access to c4 star computer and software. Please if anyone has advice or experience this issue please let me know how you fixed it. I have also noticed this low volume when I am streaming music through tune2air Bluetooth adapter. The radio stations when on are nice is and loud.

I don't have experience with the puck, but have a question. Is your ringer volume up, or is your in-call volume up? You probably know this, but when you are in a call, raise the volume and see if that will help. I'd try the steering wheel buttons first, and if that does not work, check/adjust the volume level on the phone.

Curious, Apple or Android phone?

It's been a looong time since I've owned an iPhone (the first one circa 2007?). I assume it will be similar to Android in this regard. The car volume contools will move the car volume, while the phone volume controls will move the phone volume. Those are independent.

Also, when you're in a call on the phone without being paired to bluetooth, your in-call volume may be at a different level compared to when you're connected to a Bluetooth device.

edit: I have a cheap off brand BT device for streaming from my S10 phone with much more limited functionality than the MB puck you use, I am sure. My phone in-call volume is set to about 60%, which allows me to play with the car volume if necessary without much sound distortion.

I hope the suggestions above have some positive effect on your challenges. Other than that I would recommend deleting the puck from your phone's bluetooth paired devices and paired it again. And maybe a phone restart for good measure somewhere in there.

I remember having this issue back in 2009 running an iPhone Mark 1 I think and the MB Puck… The sound volume was never great and I just roundfiled the whole solution very quickly - along with the car.

The hardline plug-in in the glove compartment gives great sound all you need is a RCA to iPhone adapter wait you’re running at seven so it plugs right in.
