Need help finding front subframe/crossmember mounting bolt torque specs please.

One of my front subframe bushings broke so I’m going to replace all 4. Can’t seem to find the bushing bolt torque spec anywhere. Hoping someone with access to WIS is willing to help out because I’m completely lost here. I’ve searched high and low and can’t seem to find it.

below is the bushing in question. There are 2 forward and 2 rearward bushings on the crossmember. Thanks in advance.

Hi, did you ever get a torque spec? Looks like I will be doing the same soon. Been hearing clunks and have literally changed everything suspension related. I think I'm going for these next on my 09 ML320. How did yours break? What symptoms where you getting?

Well, I'll be damn. After replacing both axles, upper/lower control arms, ball joints, struts, inner/outer tie rods, sway bar bushings and links, and steering rack bushings I've finally solved it. I went underneath and tightened the front subframe rear bushings with a 21mm and 3/4 breaker bar as much as I could. I'd say it drove in further a whole turn. Finally, solving my clunking/click like noise. WOW! I'm sure I overtightened the bushing to compensate for its wear/slop and should replace but the proof of concept is there.

Sweet, thanks for the follow-up.

Don't worry about overtightening it, except for the possibility of breaking off the bolt. The bushing is two steel cylinders with rubber between them. That said, extra tight does not really help anything; they just need to be snug enough that they don't wiggle and don't work the bolt loose.
