Steering wheel knocking Noise

Steering wheel knocking Noise
What could be causing this steering wheel knocking in attached video? It seems to be coming either steering wheel or upper part of steering column.
It's been there since I bought the SUV in 2016. Since then, its been driven 40 k miles. No other problem in driving other than this noise.
The attached video has been recorded with engine off and while I moved the steering wheel back and forth, I'm not moving it hard enough to transfer the force to steering rack.

Is there a parts blowup diagram on FCP, pelican parts, Autohaus or even WIS?
sounds like the typical intermediate steering shaft issue that plagues every single GM product; I don’t know if x164 has one.
