I’m hearing clicking noise on the passenger side when I’m coasting (not accelerating) it doesn’t make noise when I accelerate only when I left off. Don’t want to pay $170 for diagnostics. CV axle still looks good, no tears or anything….I’m wondering if it’s the wheel bearing? Anyone had this issue?

Looks can be deceiving. Get it up in the air and, well, diagnose it! A "clicking noise" is relativley vague and one person's clicking noise can be different than someone else's. Gotta get your hands in there and check things out. If you can do this type of work yourself then you pretty much know what to do - look everything over very closely while applying manual force.Originally Posted by jbaluyut75

Nail - Rock - Bolt - Goats Tooth in the tire.......

Highly doubt it's a goat's tooth - those tend to make more of a knocking sound. Could be a pigeon's beak, though.Originally Posted by OldManAndHisCar

If it stops when you accelerate, it isn't likely to be something stuck in the tire. Without acceleration, stress is taken off the transaxle/suspension parts. I'd look first at joints and connection point. It wouldn't take a lot of play.Originally Posted by jbaluyut75

The rear hatch probably wouldn't help. But maybe on front suspension components to start? Originally Posted by W205C43PFL

There's a good chance that just putting it up in the air can locate the noise - or, at least, it's the first step.
