Does the 2013 GL350 still have runflats on it as standard equipment?

My understanding is they are gone as well. I would definitely like to see it in person though...

I'm with the others, I think they moved the Adblue and got rid of the run flats. I'll let you know soon, I think I'll be getting mine next week!

Jim,
Let us know what is on your 350. And if they put the spare where the old adblue tank used to be. Thanks

Looking on a order sheet a dealer printed out for me they do reference a mini spare. I would still like to see it with my own eyes. Would be one more reason to trade in the ML...

There is a spare in mine that I picked up 2 weeks ago. Moving the adblue tank did create enough space.

Where is the adblue tank located? Is it easily accessible?

The tank itself sits to the right of the hitch receiver just inside of the bumper. It is located where the right exhaust pipe and muffler were on the X164 hence the absence of exposed tailpipes.

Thanks for the info. Is the spout inside the fuel flap next to the diesel cap?

Yes, the spare is back, the spout is in with the fuel cap inside the access door.

Sounds likes it's even easier to refill the adblue. No run-flats, hmmmm....... I'm beginning to like the new GL350 already. Thanks for the info guys.

It's a small change but definitely a selling point for me as well. Always get a bit nervous on trips far out of town with runflats, especially nights/weekends...

Same here. When we owned a GL350, I purchased one of those doughnut spare tires for road trips. Runflats are expensive and the ride was pretty harsh as I remember.
