not feeling the AMG rims they have on the European spec vehicles

Europe always gets new models before we do by ~3-6 months. (regardless of where they're made)

 

those 3 spotted- black and steel in Germany- white in monaco- ?if german cars are mb execs- also cpl of them dont seem to have surround camera on grill- or maybe i couldnt make out cuz of the picture- those pics been on that site for a few weeks now-

yea i really didnt like those amg rims - actually the rims on US 63 are better even though they'r older style ml63 rims- i personally like the new and old 550rims better- maybe MY 14 gl63s will have newer rims--

 

I know for a fact that the first batch to come out Vance did not have surround view as an option or standard. If you look at most Tester Gl's they dont have it. Currently there is two OEM options for the GL AMG rims.

 

Would an MB exec car (company car I presume) really have modifications done to it such as the black painted wheels and exhaust? Seems unlikely to me.

Also the Monaco one doesn't have German plates.

 

possibly- just a thought- but the first spy shots all had black rims- though they were different rims- monaco one prolly royal family or something like that- those plates
dont even have a country code- lol-

I noticed the first GL (with black accents) has silver grille blades behind the chrome slats while all of the other ones are gloss black. So perhaps you're right and that first one is a preproduction car of some kind?

Wonder why none of them have red brakes.

 

thats exactly what i thought too- no red calipers- i think its going to be an extra charge with amg- since current gl63s do not offer amg perf pack (since essentially they are already at 557) red calipers i think will be extra- just like extra for wood/leather steering-
odd some standard features (few) and options such as off road package on 550 not available on 63- also i dont think for now you can get a beige/almond interior /dash/panels on the amg.
then again designo doesny have that light colored dash option anyway-
strange- but they all look awesome

no those all seem like European only; they were announced early in Europe and a couple might have been early test builds, but the Monaco one seems private; prolly royal family.
but they'l be here soon!
