What screen do display on command and dashboard console ?

What screen do display on command and dashboard console ?
I'm curious what screens people display normally on both the command and the dashboard console.
I found myself for awhile having the center console showing the navigational information (road, direction, etc), but lately I've been on the cellphone ready screen since I find it so easy to dial from there to my recently called list (phone button, brings up recently called, phone button again dials last called number).
The command screen I find myself usually showing the radio information.
How about the rest of you? What do you display?

Usually leave the small screen on mileage info..... Distance and consumption , big screen on nav.....use voice to go back and forth between nav and radio
