TV in the Rear Entertainment System

Hi, I just bought a 2013 GL500 off the showroom floor. It did not come with rear entertainment system but is pre-wired for it. MB can install a rear entertainment system at the dealership but they say it cannot receive the TV from the front COMAND. Only DVD's from the front COMAND. MB tell me that you can only have TV in the back if the rear entertainment was factory fitted. Does anyone have any experience or knowledge on this?

Thanks. Interesting. But Haimo is suggesting it is available from MB. Presumably it's because it's not a US model. I'd be interested if anyone knows Haimo's question as well.
