WeatherTech Rear Storage and 3rd Seat Digital Fit Mats

Just got the WeatherTech cargo protection mat for behind the 2nd Seat (larger cargo area) as well as the one that is for the 3rd row seats. Both are perfect. The coverage of the third row mat is substantial.

Prior to WeatherTech making these available, I bought a cargo mat from Lloyd's that I ended up tossing out as they stunk like a rubber factory for weeks, especially when the car got hot. Really bad! I thought the stink would diminish, but it actually got worse in the heat of summer.

I had I already bought the digital winter mats for the first and second rows from WeatherTech, so now I have the full set. Problem solved.

So they now have the 3rd row available? When I ordered mine , they did not have 3rd.

Yes, they do...

That is why I posted. Not only is it available, but it covers quite an area and it is sized perfectly with cutouts, etc.

WeatherTech sells a third row liner in tan but I have not seen anything from Mercedes-Benz in mocha brown. I have the brown liners now.

i got my black third row liner from WeatherTech a few weeks ago. The fit is very good. it doesn't look like they do the brown liner yet on their website. you could probably send them an email and see if they can make one for you?

I have the 2nd and 3rd row liners in black, very impressed so far, definitely needed if you have kids in the 3rd row.

Just confirming that the third row will fold down without any issues with the liner installed.

no issues at all with either 3rd row and 2nd row, and i have them up and down all the time.

they are a real time saver if you have 3rd row occupants. we went to the beach a few times with 6 passengers and the digital fit liners are great b/c you can just pull them out and dump the sand and brush off w/ a damp cloth and put them back in.

Question: if you get the behind the 2d row cargo liner (large size) and you need to fold UP the third row to fit extra passengers, does the 2d row cargo liner prevent/interfere with that? In other words if Im out somewhere and I unexpectedly want to use to third row what do I do with the cargo liner?

Ford Lightning, GL350 and a couple of outbacks
the weather tech one is flexible enough you can just roll it up. I fold it in half and put a single third row seat up, or if you put both you can roll up the liner and put it behind the third row. The MB cargo liner that goes further up the sides and covers the third row armrests was not flexible enough to do this, so I returned it and got the weather tech one.

I have the Weather Tech rear cargo mat - anticipating the potential need to use the third row, I decided to carefully cut the mat into 3 sections, attaching them to each other from underneath with Gorilla tape. Works great, and you can't see the seams. If I use the third row, i simply fold the sections back onto each other.
