Can someone with a dealer installed rear entertainment post their picture?

When I had original thought it would come out like this.

Anyone else got the top model from a dealer install?

If anyone else has a dealer installed rear entertainment that looks like the factory please share your pictures.
The bad part about the one that was installed in mind is that you have to use the headset for sound and you can't control it from the front. This basically renders the pre-wire useless. Additionally since this will be mainly used for my son who is two it's not practical.

as for dvd slots, yes you get individual slots--
and be careful when putting down the seat, if you dont have easy access, the head rest will hit the screens...
i dont think any dealer install will look like factory install- there is an advantage if you got the removable screens as they can be dismounted and played anywhere

That's the thing with the system that was installed in mine is that it's not connected to the front DVD player. The rears are independent. I'm currently having the dealer install the correct one or remove it so I can go to another dealer that can do it.

Does your current DVD system have a DVD AUX drive?
The system they gave me does have an Aux input.
I don't get it. In order to have a factory-installed RSE (2nd pic), the vehicle must be pre-wired hence the COMAND-controlled rear A/V. There must have been a miscommunication between you and the dealer as to what should have been installed since you have already had your vehicle pre-wired. Also the factory-installed RSE has both a "common" DISC AUX DRIVE (in the center console) and an independent AUX DISPLAY INPUT for each rear monitors. Looking at this dealer-installed RSE, your system might not have an AUX DISPLAY INPUT at the rear monitors.

The rear monitors that were installed on mine does have Aux inputs if you want to hook up a gaming console. However it does not allow you to control it from the COMAND console nor allow the monitors to utilize the car's speakers. You're forced to use the headsets they provide with the system, since this will be mainly used to entertain our two year old it's not practical.
Had they ordered the right one it could have came with a DVD drive and two monitors.
The one that was installed in mine came with two monitors that have their own built-in DVD players. Meaning each monitor can play it's own DVD and cannot link with the DVD player in the COMAND.
Called another dealer today and was told that the one that was installed was meant for non prewired vehicles or a cheaper alternative to the factory ones. The one I should have gotten for my vehicle should have looked like the factory one.
Invoice- $1,814
MSRP - $1,950
If you've paid them accordingly for the "factory-look" RSE then you should have those features, set-up and accessories as described above.
