Check Coolant message
I'm getting this message for the 2nd time and I haven't reached 9k miles yet. Anyone else getting the "Check Coolant see Operator's manual" message. Which when you look in the operator's manual it says go see your Dealer.
The 1st time it happened the dealer said it is normal for these cars to burn coolant. I've heard of new engines burning oil, but coolant? That's new.

So the 2nd dealer visit yesterday, they said "it was an air bubble". How can it be an air bubble after 9k miles? Seems like they have no clue.
Tonight, got the same message again. Woohoo!

Seems I have heard reference to coolant issue before.....I think it was that there were a number of MY13 GLS that came off the line without the correct amount of coolant......which might or might not result in "air pockets" or something that would trigger an early "low coolant" warning.

Had the same issue at 6000 miles. Dealer said that there are actually two coolant reservoirs in the car, and only one of mine was filled. Factory most likely never filled the other one. Easy fix.
