Digital owner's manual
I want to view my digital owner's manual (DOM) on my desktop computer but the format that comes up is completely useless. My computer reads the disc, but the format is not useable. My dealer said that there is nothing that can be done about it because the disc is designed to be read by the vehicle's on-board computer. My dealer also said that MBUSA.com has a download of the DOM but there wasn't even a download for the 2014 paper owner's manual there yet.
Does anyone know how I can get the DOM to read out in a useable form on my desktop computer?

There is no 2014 owner's manual listed and the 2013 manual is just a copy of the paper manual so it seems likely that the 2014 manual will only be a copy of the paper manual, as well, rather than the digital manual.

Having the same issue-the written owners manual refers to digital for more info, yet I have to sit in the car to read it from the slow command system? We should have access to it online!!
