Well....it's getting close to the time where we can't make any more changes on the build.

We've ordered a Diamond White GL350 with the porcelein designo interior and satin ash brown wood. Having some second thoughts about the wood color....what do you all think about the other choices? Anyone have pictures they could share?

Since you are doing Designo seats, I'd do piano black.
I'm doing Auburn/black seats with anthracite.
But I'm not a grain person. I'd do the metal finish if it were an option here.

It's really a personal choice. I'm a wood grain guy so my preferences would be there. My opinion is the porcelain interior shouts a choice of high class over functionality. And with the porcelain I'd have to think piano black or the athracite would look awesome.

BTW, I assume you know you can 'build your own' on the MBUSA website and get quick view of the different looks.

Like the others have said....the best combo is the one YOU like! Here's my black leather with the satin ash ..... I happen to like the grain look and REALLY like this wood over the shiny lacquered look of most other wood trim.....gives my GL sort of the "man cave" feel.

As others have also said....trying to get good pics of wood trim is difficult and often are not really true to what the eye sees....these are close. The closeup looks a little lighter than it actually is the other two are more true.
