I would watch out for the Easy Entry if you are going to have child seats is the only thing that stands out. Also is the Parktronic just Parktronic or does it have the 360 cameras?
I haven't shopped 2014s so I am sure the others can add more...
I wanted feedback on the price and if I missed anything essential in this config.
Will find out about 360 cameras..
I will have a child seat.. Does the easy entry activate (and potentially cause harm) if there is something on the seat? or do you mean its not worth having easy entry if I have child seats?
Thanks!

If you just have 1 child seat you may be OK, the issue with the easy entry is fitting in the large convertible carseats when forward faced on either the left or right middle rows since the headrest cant be removed. It fits just a bit arkward. Search a few threads down on "removing 2nd row headrests" and you will see a long discussion, there are work a rounds you can ask the dealer to do at delivery (they may not be willing).
There is also an issue of comfort and maybe safety for older kids, but if you don't keep it that long it won't be an issue.

If your driving is mostly urban, with well lit highways and streets, it probably isn't a big deal. If you drive on rural roads in the dark, it's essential. I turned down a great deal on a new GL in 2011 because I just couldn't live without the lighting package. They gave it to me for a few days to try.

you get the amber eyebrows which light up at night (which are also the amber turn signals). they are becoming MB's recognizable look, just like you can always see an Audi's LEDs coming from afar.

Agree 100%!
Also added package 960 for 360 degree cameras.
