This is about my 2013 CLS, but if I logon to the Owner's Online and click the "Service Campaign" button and it says no current campaigns, am I safe to say my VIN isn't involved. Or does the dealer need to check?

Thanks!

Have dealer check VMI to confirm.

I'm not sure how accurate that is. Mbusa may only announce tsbs that could result in liabilities for them. Tsbs are usually only communicated with the service departments and not directly owners.

Ok. Thank you. I'll call my service department.

my 'owners online' listed a service campaign on by GL. I have it in for service and they also mentioned it and said they'd do a software update.

A gaggle of MB's
For those that are not aware - kudo's to Jim B - mbusa.com website, under Owner's section - with VIN# and email address alow you free registration (and NO spam) for Mercedes Owner's Online - which is addition to acting as a one-stop portal to mBrace and SIRIUS accounts - also gives you online double check for outstanding non-critical "campaigns" or "updates" - registering with Owners Online also gives MB the ability to email you directly, and more expediently, for any critical campaings/updates rather than waiting for bulk mail notification.

Smooth move Owner's Online.

Mine was updated this week. We picked it up yesterday and can't say I see any difference so far, but it was snowing on the way home, so I was concentrating on the road more than the car.
