I have made my first scheduled service for the 10k miles and noted that there is no GL350 for 2013 or 2014. Only a GL320 CDI.

Makes you wonder what these folks do all day?

I had the same issue with my BMW 335D not being shown on the BMW service website. I pointed it out several times and finally after about 2 years they got it added.

I would like to help - please clarify "MB Service Website" - are you referring to your local dealer's website ?

The website content and/or online scheduling capabilities would be the responsibility of that dealer - it's not necessarily a pre-canned web package from MBUSA.

Indeed it is my local dealer, MB of Pembroke Pines, Florida. When you schedule service they ask make and model and the GL350 is not an option. The closest option is the GL320 Bluetec or CDI.

Well, that's that dealer's problem... if it was me I would just give them a call to schedule..

I was able to schedule the service, just not as a GL350 BT. Hopefuly they will be able to tell the difference once I bring it in.

Today when I brought my car in for scheduled service I told the SA about their website. He just laughed and said next time I should call them to set up the appointment and not to trust the website. Actually this is the second time I have had issues with using their website scheduling service.
