Okay. Mine does, too. I covered the light sensor on the windshield and now all lights illuminate like it is nighttime with no drl strobing.
I will try to add capacitors to the Drls and will report back the outcome.

I believe it had to do with going from the factory 5-led DRL on the 450 to the 7 or 9 led DRL on the 550/63. I thought it was just a coding issue, however, the dealer couldn't find a setting for it. It flickers in the daylight, but is fine at night (when the DRL are set to dim).

Yep, mine does the flickering too. Would think there would be some solution, I guess I need to investigate, as I do like my DRL ON during it day!
