Gl550 sway bars

Gl550 sway bars
Received call from dealer advising that MB had issued a service bulletin/recall for all GL's with off road package. Car had to be brought to dealer to have sway bars replaced with new units, allegedly same as used on GL AMG.
Anyone else contacted for this?

Any update on this?
I bought a new GL550 on 10/24 out of a dealer's inventory. It has active curve system but does NOT have off road package.
At around 200 miles I got a malfunction message for the active curve system. It cleared at the next start up.
At 500 miles I started to notice rattle or clunk in the front end (I think) over small bumps, particularly at around town speeds. To me it sounds like something is loose, maybe sway bar or related hardware. Definitely not a normal sound for a $106k car!
Car now has about 1000 mikes on it and I'm planning on taking to dealer when I get a chance. Unfortunately it is 90 miles away.
This is the first I've heard of any service bulletin or recall...sound like it may explain my rattle.

Had the same issue on my GL450 after about 2K miles on the clock. Brought it back to my dealer, first they changed the right side strut. Clunk did not go away. Then they kept the car for about a week investigating this and changed something - clunk disappeared. I don't know exactly what they changed, but if you'll have a problem to locate the issue - I can contact my dealer to browse my exGL history. BTW...my 2011 GL had the same clunk sound...dealer was unable to figure out what was wrong..

Sorry - about the delay - my efforts were elsewhere.
On GL550 with Active curve - there is a TSB alert regarding inspecting the hydraulic pump.
On GL550 Off-Road - no specific TSB.
I think the original dealer "report" was kind of muddled in the way they communicated.

I called my dealer on this. They checked and got back to me saying the opposite…that there's a TSB for off-road package and nothing for active curve system. Hmmm….
