my 2013 Gl 450 started vibrating and I could feel much worse on a lower rpms or idle on a red light.headed to mechanic few times .but long story short"no Fix"finally found out spark plugs were misfiring and still there was no light on .no engine light nothing.changed ignition coil and spark plugs and current engine filter which was not that dirty but still I changed.now I drove almost 13k miles after that.there is no vibration.I cannot say you have same problem but after attempting all resources that you have done.it doesn't hurt giving it a try.
