In the previous model you had a mark on the side rails for placement. On this model GL you are left to guess. Any advice? Currently on have rear behind the black side piece of the rail and the front about few inches back from the sunroof. Will take picture shortly. Thanks

Placement is up to what you need to mount ... but that's me.
