Active multi contour seats not working

Gl350 2014 with active multi contour seats.
Were working fine until a couple of days ago. None of the options on any of the seats work. No noise or anything at all. I just had it serviced (a1) is it possible that the dealer technician to have caused this as it was working fine the same day before bringing it in for service, I didn't try this immediately after driving off but the next day when tried they weren't working.

Could be. Best bet is to take it back to the dealer and have them take a look. May be something minor like a disconnected wire while it was being serviced.

Took it back and they say it's either the pneumatic pump or the electronic module. He said it's not because of their fault and might be a bad coincidence. I don't know how to think about this since they were working fine just before. Anyone else had a similar experience?

Same thing happened to me when I took my brand new GL 550 with only 400 miles for the Rear Camera Software update, my Panorama Roof just stopped working and I used it just 1 day before bringing it in.
I was also told so called COINCIDENCE I was like whatever as I new they Fu0ked up something, how can it just stops working magically. They ended up changing the whole 9 yards on top Roof Motor etc etc and finally a small connector pin....
I am more scared to take my car to the dealer because they do more harm then good. Once you start changing factory torqued items/suspensions etc Car is never like before Rattling/Noises all gets inherited into it.

I am even afraid to take it to Service A also....But just to have the records maintained I take the pinch. But majority of the time I take it to my Indy and make sure he does it in right front of me where I am only 1-2 feet away from the lift\my car.

Thanks

Carrera S;
I've had an interesting and unfortunate situation with my 2014 GL550. Twice, after I have taken the car through a really good & expensive car wash, the drivers side seat will not move back and forth our tilt-everything thing else works. Apparently when they clean the carpets they disconnect one of the many couplers under the seat.

Should be a better design.

The problem in this case and in the cases above is that in order for the car wash or service techs to make good money, they have to move fast. Doing things fast is usually at odds with avoiding unintended damage. I always cross my fingers when I drop my vehicle off for service. What is irritating about Mercedes is that I feel we are paying a higher hourly rate in part, to compensate the techs for slowing down and not damaging stuff. Unfortunately, they don't always slow down.
